Non-Filed tax returns

CKTax can file all your unfiled or delinquent tax returns. Our tax preparers have years of experience filing individual, partnership, business and corporate returns.

Whether you have not filed last years return or are 20 years behind, we can bring you current in those non-filed returns. Unlike many firms, we prepare taxpayers returns in house.

If you do not have the records to file, we can usually obtain them from the IRS or help you reconstruct the unfiled tax return, especially if you were self-employed and have misplaced the records.

If after preparing the delinquent returns, you owe taxes that you cannot pay, CKTax is your tax expert in the resolution of back taxes. Once current, an Offer in Compromise can be submitted (if you qualify), or an installment agreement (payment plan) can be arranged.
